A white November Technologie Kring

Ninety participants were gathered in the paper technology learning community in a first class atmosphere, while it was snowing outside! The focus was on sustainable fibers, production technology and chemistry. But this time special attention went out to innovations, human factor and heritage. The innovation market has a successful role in the seminar, the 24 hours of Apeldoorn.
Nazanin Azari of ABB, Harm Bouma and Mat Maessen of Maes Papier won the Technology Kring award. Digitization and Artificial Intelligence by ABB (with virtually no Capex) provides immediate cost savings. The innovation project ‘making paper without water’, presented by Mat and Harm, was very inspiring. Clear dot on the horizon, new business model and new performance.
